As individuals, we are learning everyday. We learn from our family, our friends, our coworkers, and even from strangers. As the Church, we must continue this quest for education, as it is a defining aspect of our relationship with God.

We have all heard amazing stories that involve some modern miracle or life-changing event that transformed someone spiritually, and in hearing those stories, we long to be that person - to experience the change for ourselves. What we sometimes fail to recognize is that it can be us; in fact, if we are still and listen, we will hear Him. We must listen for the still small voice of God; our charge as members of the body is to descern that voice and hear His call. Through education we can nurture our relationships with God and draw closer to Him. We invite you to join us in any of the adult education opportunities available at Flower Mound United Methodist Church:

There is arguably nothing more important we can do as a congregation than provide appropriate support and educational opportunities for our children and youth, who are the future of our church.  The links below provide information about three ways our youth can get connected and move forward with their spiritual journeys:

  • Sunday School
  • United Methodist Youth Fellowship
  • Wednesday Night Bible Study: Seventh through 12th grade students are encouraged to attend from 6:30 - 8:15 pm at the chuch. Bring a sack dinner and enjoy being with friends while learning about God's word and how it applies to your life!

Providing support and educational opportunities for our children and youth, the future of our church, is fundamental.  The links below provide information about three ways our children can get connected and move forward with their spiritual journeys:

  • Sunday Morning Sunday School
  • Children's Church
  • Young Christians Bible Study: For all 4th & 5th grade students. We meet on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 6:00-7:30 to build new friendships, share a meal together and discuss different ways we can make a difference in our lives and the lives of others through study and prayer.
