The Trustees are charged with the care of the physical plant and property of the church.  They sign all legal documents on behalf of the church.  The Trustees receive requests relative to building maintenance, insurance, repairs, acquisitions of new property and large physical purchases of equipment.  New building processes are initiated in this committee through the Building Committee with a Trustee as a member of that committee.  The Trustees are directly amendable to the Charge Conference.  Members are elected for three-year staggered terms and may succeed themselves.   They provide oversight for the Building Team, Landscape Team, Kitchen Team, Property Maintenance Team, Foyer Team and Safe Sanctuary Team.  The Trustees meet on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00 P.M. the Library.
